                                 My Goals

Step 1- Desire

I would like to improve my muscular strength.

Step 2- Belief

I believe that I can reach my goal because I'm taking fitness and conditioning and the coach is helping us to reach our goal.

Step 3- Analyze Where You Are Now

Right now I can lift at least five pounds.

Step 4- Set Realistic Goals

My realistic goal is to try and get better and take the time out to improve my muscular strength. I also plan to stay focused on my goal.

Step 5- Write Your Goals in Detail

Each day or week I plan to add a pound but I wouldn't lift anything that I can barely lift.

Step 6- List The Benfits You Will Recieve

The benefits I'll recieve because i'll have stronger bones and I'll be proud that I've accomplished my goal.

Step 7- Identify Obstacles

The obstacles I'll face while reaching my goal is that people may put me down from reaching my goal. I have a lot of homework in my classes and it will intefere. I'm very lazy and I wouldn't feel like improving my muscualar strenght everyday.

Step 8-Identify Knowledge You Will Need

The knowledge I'll need in order to enable me to reach my goal is that I'll need to know more ways I could reach my goal instead of having only one routine in mind. I could get my information from someone who's improved their muscular strength or my teacher.

Step 9- Make a Plan of Action

I plan to use the weights each day in order to improve my muscular strength and also try and do bench press exercises. I'll plan to use upper exercises to reach my goal.

Step 10- Develop a Timeline

My goal will take a few months or even a year in order me to reach my goal.

Step 11- Monitor Your Progress

Each day I'll make progress by doing a little each time a day so that I can get better.

Step 12- Never Give Up

My mother and my grandma are the only two people I know will help me reach my goal and remind me to reach it. I could post my goals on the refrigerator or I can post them on my mirror where I do my hair.
